It’s Foot Time!
After an overwhelming week or a day walking aroung in high heels, all you need is…a foot massage!
Follow these steps to activate the circulation and
reduce that feeling of tiredness:
- STEP 1: Apply Castanha Foot Cream to your hands and spread it evenly over your foot.
- STEP 2: Intertwine the fingers of the opposite hand between your toes.
- STEP 3: With your hand, rotate your foot in wide, circular movements, gently articulating the ankle outwards (four times) and inwards (four times).
- STEP 4: With your thumbs, press the entire sole of the foot. If any spots are sore, massage them for longer.
- STEP 5: Place the foot you have massaged on the floor and repeat the sequence with the other one.
Extra tip: Once you're done, put your legs up for five minutes. One idea is to lie on the floor and put them up against the wall.
