Shipping and Returns

Can I pick-up my order in store?

Yes, if you would like to buy online and pick-up your order in-store, you can do that. Please, just select the "Pick Up In Store" option during the check-out process online. We are located at 240 Elizabeth Street, Nolita in New York.


Can NaturaBrasil ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses, but some restrictions apply. Please check Shipping Methods and Rates section.


Does NaturaBrasil ship products internationally?

Currently, NaturaBrasil only ships within the country of United States. Please take a look at other geographies nearest to you, here.


Shipping Methods and Rates

NaturaBrasil.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Fedex SmartPost. Please note that estimated delivery days apply to in stock items only.


We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. But, for the most updated information about your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Use the tracking number provided to follow your package online.


Below are the shipping options available during checkout for your orders.


Fedex Ground (SmartPost)

For Holiday: According to Fedex, for orders to be received in time for Christmas Day they must be placed by 1pm EST on December 11th, 2017.

General orders are typically delivered within 2 - 7 business days within US, from the order’s ship date and depending on product availability.


Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are typically delivered within 2 - 7 business days within US and US territories and APO/FPO/DPO may take up to 2 – 3 weeks, depending on product availability.


Delivery for some locations such as Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 12 business days and 10 business days, respectively.


Fedex Second Day

For Holiday: According to Fedex, for orders to be received in time for Christmas Day they must be placed by 1pm EST on December 20th, 2017.

2nd Day Service orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day Service orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.


Orders shipped via 2nd Day are delivered within 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m.to residences from the order’s ship date.


Delivery for some locations such as Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 3 business days for certain shipments.


Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.


Fedex Overnight (Priority)

For Holiday: According to Fedex, for orders to be received in time for Christmas Day they must be placed by 1pm EST on December 21th, 2017.

Overnight orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.


Orders shipped through Overnight Service are delivered within 1 – next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most areas and by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural areas.


Delivery for some locations such as Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 2 business days for certain shipments.


Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Service.


Pick Up In Store

In Store Pickup orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be processed and ready for pickup on the same day, depending on product availability. In Store Pickup orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed and ready for pickup on the next business day.


Your order confirmation number, credit card used for purchase and ID are all required as proof of purchase.


If priority shipping is selected upon at checkout, you will be notified if one or more products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground (SmartPost) shipping.


Please be aware that all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.


Please note that certain products, such as fragrances, are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

Return/Exchange Policy

We create our products with love and care, since the harvest of the ingredient to the very end. But, if by any chance you are not satisfied with your purchase made at NaturaBrasil stores or kiosks or website, we exchange, or issue credit, for up to 30 days with valid proof of purchase. For a cash refund, original cash receipt is required. Returns after the 30 day period will be exchange only. Returns are not accepted after 45 days. Promotional and discounted purchases made at our stores are eligible for exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with valid receipt. Exchange value will be equal to original purchase price.


If you wish to return a product ordered online, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. We cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at NaturaBrasil.com. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at help@naturabrasil.com for more details on returns.
