The Refer-a-Friend Program gives both those who recommend friends to Natura and those who are referred to Natura by friends the opportunity to receive rewards, as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 

THE PROGRAM

1.1. To participate, a User must visit naturabrasil.com, click on the referral overlays and/or landing pages and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends, family members or colleagues ("User Friends") to Natura ("Referral").

1.2. Users will be notified after they select the method by which to refer a friend. Such methods may include: using the User's name and email on Natura’s website; sharing a unique referral link via social media; or sharing a link via email.

1.3. Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at naturabrasil.com by the User Friends who arrive at Natura's website by using the User’s Refer-a-Friend program link (a "Referred User"). A User is limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred User; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred User are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

1.4. Referred User. The Referred User and the User cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). Attempts to self-referral will be disqualified. We reserve the right to intervene, cancel outstanding orders and suspend all associated accounts permanently.

1.5. Referral Rewards. For a User to earn referral rewards, the Referred User must complete an order greater than $50 in total value, excluding  all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3 rd party fees, within 15 days of receiving the referral link from referrer.

1.6. Rewards Payments. If a User refers a friend and they place their first eligible order online at naturabrasil.com, the User will be rewarded with a  promotional code that will entitle the user to an additional $10 off when the User spends $50 or more in one single transaction, excluding taxes and delivery fees. Code cannot be used on purchases of e-gift cards, cannot be combined with other promotional codes and will be valid for 2 months from the date earned by the User. Users will need to enter the promotional code received in the ‘Promotion Code’ box on the checkout page. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 50 Qualified Referrals. As a User, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

1.7. Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Natura’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at Natura's sole discretion.

1.8. Fraud and Abuse. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, Natura reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion. 

1.9. Terms & Conditions. Natura also reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

2. No Spam. User must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Natura’s Refer-a-Friend program.

2.1. Right to Close Accounts. Natura reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred User and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred User attempts to use the Natura Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

2.2. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Natura reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
